Use this page to request deletion of your TPG PAY account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
Sign in to TPG PAY, open your Profile, and select Delete account. We will send a one-time verification code to your verified account email. Enter the code in your Profile to confirm the request and start the 30-day deletion period. Never share the code with anyone, including TPG PAY support.
30-day reactivation period
After you verify the code, your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later. During this period, sign in and open Profile, then choose Cancel deletion and reactivate account to stop the scheduled deletion. After the scheduled date, the account and associated personal data are deleted from the active application database, except for information we are required or permitted to retain as described below.
Identity verification data
KYC identity details and document images are deleted from the active application database no later than 90 days after submission. If your account is deleted sooner, the associated KYC data may be deleted sooner as part of account deletion. Copies in protected hosting backups may remain until those backups are rotated under the hosting provider's schedule.
Information we may retain
We may retain the minimum records needed to comply with legal or financial-recordkeeping duties, prevent fraud and protect security, resolve disputes or outstanding obligations, and document the deletion request. These records are kept only for the period required by applicable law or while the stated issue remains unresolved, then deleted or de-identified. The period depends on the record type and applicable jurisdiction.
